Regarding financing: Surely there are some financing experts here, but that does not mean that the opinion of all potential property financiers is represented here.
That's true, but the determination of property values is standardized and all appraisers must arrive at approximately the same value. Whether 300 or 310 is ultimately correct does not really matter. But whether it's 270 or 350, it's quite clear that one value is wrong. And from what I've read, 270 is more accurate than 350.
And the laws that all financiers have to comply with since March 21, 2016, are also quite clear and really leave the banks and brokers very little room for maneuver.
