Hello,
we already built a house at a young age and paid it off. We are now considering taking this step a second time. The children have left the house and live further away, the house is not age-appropriate due to many stairs, the infrastructure is rather poor.
Now our problem:
We still own a smaller attic apartment, centrally located, very well maintained and renovated, only briefly lived in by a child, never rented out to others. The children have no interest in this apartment, so we are considering selling it. It's actually a pity, but we are not landlords.
Since we need the capital to possibly build a new house, we are now considering how to proceed best.
The plot is reserved, consultations with the developer have taken place or are planned!
Maybe someone has good tips!
