Home construction financing - House price and ancillary construction costs

I thought €5000 was for the electrics? Then that’s gone, and the sanitary guy is coming. I don’t know how it works with the different equipment options at Viebrockhaus: do you decide beforehand? Have you already made up your mind there? V. is also just a BU, normally you choose that much later -> so another €20,000 for a nice bathroom, outdoor lighting and all the bells and whistles. In the show houses, sometimes only “normal standard” is installed, nobody wants those washbasins anymore :oops:

As for the planned repayment rate change during parental leave, this must also be contractually agreed.

The house price already includes many trades and has already been sampled by us. For example, the bathroom fixtures are completely included, the equipment has been discussed in advance and is included in the price. This is the case with the majority of the installed equipment, otherwise the price for Lower Saxony would actually be somewhat high.

So now you know your definitive bathroom equipment!? Model as well?? Of course all trades are included, no one doubts that. The number of toilets will also be determined, just not definitively...

We already know the model of the shower, bathtub, washbasin, fittings, etc. For this, Viebrockhaus has selection halls that you go through 2-3 times on your own and then with the consultant.

And regarding the buffer. If you add up the numbers in the first post, you can see that there are several 5000€ buffers. They are distributed across the areas that we have not yet finalized 100% in the [Bemusterung].
