Hello,
We have the problem that we have loud "Tock, Tock" noises. The water is drained from the upper roof at 4 points. And only at one point does the phenomenon occur that it is loud.
We have soundproofing plugs + rubber sleeves on the clamps. But none of this helps if the water hits exactly at the "I believe 35°" or 15°, I’m not sure now! In any case, I could observe how the drops fly exactly onto the bend. Normally, it should flow along the wall inside the downpipe!? Maybe I can make a video of it.
I have also thought about a slight slope, so that it doesn’t drip straight down the downpipe and directly onto the bend.? Are there any experiences with this? What else can I do?
The roofer says, of course, that everything is normal
