Higher visual privacy behind a regulation-compliant enclosure?

Why should that be the case? I am not aware of any regulation that states that no clearance areas are allowed in visibility triangles.

I also meant the privacy screen itself: not at all inside the triangle, regardless of what border distance might be reached there, and behind it from a one-fold distance to the boundary.
