Hereditary leasehold land, land register - take over outstanding debt?

Well, there are still almost 85,000 left. Our financing is already calculated so that we can manage well. Another almost 100,000 on top of that would be really tough.

Of course your parents can sell to you. The leasehold lessor just has to agree.
The municipality has absolutely nothing to do with it.
How is that supposed to work with a community of heirs? Kill the parents first so there is an inheritance? Strange...

... and transfers to the buyer with the sale of the hereditary building right. You cannot separate the hereditary building right from the house.
