On the terrace, I would use large-format concrete slabs. In my opinion, that fits the functional Bauhaus style. On the roof terrace, grey WPC decking could be used, then drainage could occur directly below on the waterproofing. These are just ideas.

Glass fiber concrete fits very well with the Bauhaus style!
