Help with choosing home construction companies

hello dear ones,

We are currently looking for a construction company, but there are so many on the market and we just can't make progress. Since our budget is only €200k for a 190 sqm house, we are not quite finding what we need.
Maybe some of you from the Niedersachsen area can share experiences with us.

Single-family house
190 sqm
1 full storey
Garage

that is unfortunately more than unrealistic, either build significantly smaller or do almost everything yourself...

Additional construction costs extra? Still probably not feasible with quality. Also not in Lower Saxony :(

What do you want for the price? Just the shell and the rest yourself or “turnkey,” whatever that exactly includes.

Otherwise, I now believe this question is from a troll who means it somewhat humorously with us :p ... with the Spartan information, probably nothing further will come to clarify things. Probably no follow-up question either :(
