Help with choosing home construction companies

Actually wanted turnkey, of course the 200k is only intended for the house without land and connections. Had heard from several that it would be completely sufficient, but also find nothing in that area.

Does the house really have to be that big?

For 190sqm 200k turnkey? That doesn’t even exist with the [Billigheimers]

200k turnkey is possible with 100sqm, maybe with 120sqm, then it definitely stops. But turnkey is also a variable term...
