Difficult to very difficult.
More insulation was installed in the bathroom - otherwise impact sound insulation stapled boards were installed. Pipes were covered and wrapped with PUR and plastic panels (significantly smaller diameter). I didn’t like that very much. As far as I have read and understood, the pipes are more about having enough screed above them.

Yes, and they are located in the insulation (which is actually on the pipes themselves in your case). More important is that everything is decoupled from the screed - so a foil on top.

Yesterday, after one week, I finished the screed insulation - I found it terrible.

I just hope they covered it properly with the [slide] - you never know (it looked good when they poured the screed, which I of course wasn’t there for). When it comes to the screed insulation, I only touched up the edges and adhesive seams - all in all, they managed not to create any wall joints. I think next time I’ll do the insulation myself for the next house too - they all lacked attention to detail for my taste. Are you getting cement or [flow screed]?

You’re already thinking about the next house? No screed layer will install the insulation as carefully as you do yourself...

No flowing screed - upper floor/basement cement and anhydrite on the ground floor.

I want to have a house someday with a large plot of land and few neighbors, but with sheep - and a bungalow; probably not for another 30 years.
