Heating New Installation - Cost Estimate

I need some advice regarding an offer for the new installation of a gas condensing boiler.

Commissioning & instruction

Total cost: 17,500 euros
5 years warranty

A 100 square meter house needs to be heated.

Is the dimensioning okay? And is the price reasonable? Is there anywhere to save?

Hot water remains via instantaneous water heater.

I unfortunately cannot say too much about the individual items.

However, the total amount seems a bit expensive to me. We are paying around €26,000 for the gas heating in our new building. However, this includes solar thermal (heating support) with an 800l buffer tank and complete underfloor heating (including biofiber insulation). The whole thing is for 220 sqm plus basement.

I have 3 offers available: Buderus GB Logamax plus + solar thermal (4 collectors) + underfloor heating: 27,900 net Vliesmann Vitodens + solar thermal (4): 17,165 net Brötje WGB Ecotherm + solar thermal (4): 15,132 net The area to be heated would be 150 sqm living space without basement : a really great price with you

Buderus GB182i-14 W H

14kW is the smallest setting of the device, so that probably fits. Buderus itself advertises the thing as a designer piece. With glass frills and such. Surely something cheaper can be found.

just to be clear, the pipes still need to be laid, etc.

So nothing is in place yet, is that also the case with you? If yes, I find it quite steep for us. The drilling and chiseling work is not even included. We take care of that. And there is no solar thermal for us either.

Are the offers with radiators and piping?
