...am just a homeowner who is somewhat engaged with the subject. That helped a lot with the house (technology) planning... - and gave me an annual performance factor of 4.9 in 2012 (including pump electricity, of course, recalculated).

Exactly, the data situation is not sufficient! The actual demand (power, energy) for heating, hot water, and possibly ventilation is unknown! Any speculation is likely to be largely unrealistic ;-)

So we are still at the very beginning of our planning and still complete amateurs :-) So far, we only know our approximate wishes as described above.

Well, for the beginning of your planning you have already asked a more than concrete question ;-) As already mentioned, with a bit more information the experts can certainly say something more specific about it...
