Have the soil removed? Or use it later?

Further back there is also grass growing. I don't see any bigger problem there now, since there is a type of lawn grass for almost every soil as well as sunny/shady/etc. conditions.

The lawn is not bothered by the soil, but your budget is. (If you have it hauled away.)
