Have the facade painted. Cost?

we want to buy a semi-detached house (built in 1997). However, the facade would need to be painted (it has never been done since construction). The semi-detached house has 118 sqm of living space and has a white plaster facade.

Can someone tell me how much it would approximately cost to paint it? Preferably from a painter.

It would be interesting for a calculation whether a scaffold is needed, and if so, how high it must be built. Then, how many sqm of area it involves. A scaffold itself does not cost much in comparison, one can also do the work oneself.

About 8 years ago at our place, three-story end-terraced house with scaffolding, sandblasting (cleaning), repairing cracks and loose parts, silicone resin facade paint from Brillux (two coats) all together around 5,000 euros.

I have now been thinking about whether a simple cleaning would be sufficient. It should cost €10 per sqm. No scaffolding is needed and the company promises to clean a test area first (free of charge) and then you can decide whether you like the result or not. Has anyone had experience with this?

How tall is the house then? I think painting can basically be done by yourself... If necessary, also with the ladder. You just need a bit of patience

They put the cleaning stain right in the middle for you, then you have hardly any choice but to have the rest blasted off as well.
