There are (as far as I have found so far) two companies that offer liquid linoleum: "Liquiddesign" and "Corques Liquid Lino." Ecology is important to me. Allegedly, both are made from "natural materials" such as cork and biopolymer.

Two advantages of liquid linoleum are 1. it is seamless, and 2. it is easy to process by "normal craftsmen." Linoleum on a roll is not easy to install and if the craftsman is not top-notch, the result can have "corresponding weaknesses."

Has anyone already installed/spackled it?

Cork is normally not liquid and what is a biopolymer? Something like a vegan plastic?

If ecology is important to you, install a real wood floor.

The floor is currently a concrete surface. A floor heating system will be installed on it. Wood would be possible, but it does not cope very well with fluctuating temperatures. Linoleum has no joints, is elastic and thin. But even aside from technical reasons, I would like linoleum. How biological the stuff actually is, I do not know yet, but the information about it pleases me.

Yes, we have liquid cork in the children's rooms and in the basement... We moved in about a year ago and I am still quite enthusiastic. The only downside so far is that when the floor is very wet, it is extremely slippery; so if the kids rush in directly from the pool without drying off, it gets dangerouso_O

But otherwise, the look and feel are great and also very low-maintenance. So far, no scratches, dents or color changes either
