Our house is clad with bitumen boards. We still have the application for installation. The stuff is from the year 1968 and was called Suprowall. Unfortunately, Google did not provide any results on it. Is there an asbestos risk or were natural fibers used in it? Can I safely remove and dispose of the parts, or do I need a professional company for that?

Google also says that the costs for a test range from about 35 to 120 euros, depending on how detailed the asbestos analysis should be ;-) I would definitely do that for safety if you don't get a reliable positive result.

Check out "bitumen soft fiberboard," "bitumen clinker" (the latter also in the green forum), or here: – the stuff is probably made from Tyvek by DuPont.

Hello, we have a similar facade and want to demolish it. Did you perform an asbestos test or did you demolish the facade yourself? How did you proceed? Thanks in advance
