The only thing that comes to mind is something like this, then without urinal and window about 66 cm wide. Partition to the shower about 125 cm high and thick enough to accommodate the toilet drain there. Glass panel on top. Maybe a pre-wall needs to be built to the left according to the plan because of the toilet, which then might only be at sitting height, so that you can put your foot up for washing or something like that.

So I would leave out the urinal, then move the toilet further over and then I can enter the walk-in shower from the side.
