Hello,
after water damage, the insurance is repairing the apartment for us. During this, a few things have come up that make us suspicious.
In the bathroom, tiles were laid on a wooden ceiling. The tiler has neither grouted the wall nor the floor tiles and has already built in the bathtub. Is that normal?
We could imagine that this affects both the waterproofing and the stability of the tiles under the bathtub.
In addition, the new bathtub is installed and now has to be grouted on top of it. (possible damage to the new tub)
To me, this is illogical. :-(
Can a professional inform us whether this can or should be done this way?
Best regards
Andreas
