Hello everyone,
I need your help and hope you can assist^^
Here’s the situation: we have a well about 12 meters deep, with a submersible pump DAB CS4C-9M.
In the basement, there is a 4A motor protection switch and a Condor MDR 5/5 pressure switch as well as a pressure tank.
When I turn on the water, the pressure switch turns the pump off; if I then immediately turn the water off again, the pressure switch also turns the pump off. This is how it should be.
The manometer shows 3 bar when water is being drawn and 3.2 bar when no water is running.
But if the water runs for a longer time, the pressure switch randomly turns the pump off, sometimes after 10 minutes, sometimes after 30 minutes, sometimes even after 5 minutes. The pressure then drops to 0 bar, but the pressure switch does not turn the pump back on, even though the turn-on pressure is 1.6 bar. If the motor protection switch is turned off and on again, pressure builds up immediately and water is pumped again.
