Greening of roof storage rooms

we have external storage rooms and permissible standing water of 1-1.5 cm on the roof.

We would like to green the roof now. Is there any recommendation/ modular system that can simply be laid on top and absorbs the water?

You first have to have it statically checked whether it is possible... the greening already weighs several hundred kg.

If I agree, you should have it checked. Even if it always says there is so much water on it, the roof must not withstand the constant load. Therefore, have it checked.

What does "permissible" standing mean? Is it a pond? Is it planned? Does it have to be that way? Why should the water be absorbed? I would say: Standing water indicates incomplete drainage. Greening does not solve this problem! Ask a roofer (take a photo, go to the roofer, show it, get an opinion).

For the second part of the question: Go to a garden center of your choice for information, ask there for a flat roof greening set or enter "roof greening set" in a search engine of your choice.
