Hello everyone!
We have glue stains everywhere on our new parquet, the biggest one can be seen in the picture.
The installer says this is within the norm. Is there a DIN standard for this?
What can I do?
Also, after four months, strange spots are already appearing everywhere. The Tilo representative recommends intensive care, but won’t my warranty expire if I apply something myself?

Is the white spot the glue stain? I wouldn't accept it like that, that's botched work.

Anyone who refers to a standard should also be able to name it! Then you can read it yourself and assess whether it falls within it. By the way: Anyone who takes photos to point out errors should mark them as clearly as possible to avoid misinterpretations. Maybe even add a close-up to allow for better assessment.

I’ll try to call in the flooring expert ->

He thanks you for "the flowers"! Indeed, the last hints are valuable, to circle the criticized areas in the recordings and to take detailed photos. The one (provided) photo is actually not meaningful! ------------------------------------------- Greetings to the group: KlaRa

Yes, the shimmering spot! Meanwhile, an expert has been here; supposedly it's not shoddy work because the stain is only visible from the floorboard and not inside the room.

Yes, you are right! I will send photos again and hope they are better. Meanwhile, an expert has been here, supposedly it is not a defect since the stain is not visible when standing in the room, but only from the hallway.
In the third picture the circled stain
In the second picture close-up
In the first picture another glue stain, but it does not shine because it was not removed with abrasive paper.
