Yes, that's what I meant. You should get in touch early (before signing the contract) with your responsible chimney sweep and take his recommendations into account regarding:
- Chimney (multiple flues, cross-section, if necessary air supply)
- if necessary, external / room-air independent air supply
- prevention of negative pressure in the house (negative pressure monitor) in combination with your decentralized ventilation
(clarification with the manufacturer on how this should be electrically switched for decentralized devices...)
- avoidance of problems with the exhaust hood and the chimney (reed contact on the window)
This is not so trivial and in the end, your chimney sweep can become a big spoilsport...
