Hello everyone,
I have already asked one or two questions here and have been able to follow many helpful topics. Unfortunately, I am once again at a point where I would like to get the opinion of other homeowners.
First of all, I have to say that I unfortunately have no experience in the field of heating technology, so if the following combination is absolute "trash," please don’t be too harsh :)
We plan to build a single-family house with 190 sqm of living space. After much deliberation, we would like to use a geothermal heat pump with underfloor heating. Since we also have a large piece of forest, we would also like to use a water-bearing fireplace.
Our builder offered us the following heating system:
Underfloor heating with individual room control
Junkers geothermal heat pump STM with integrated 185l hot water storage tank (1-2 probe drillings)
Solar system from Junkers for geothermal heat, incl. 400l heat pump storage SW 400-5 // 4.74m² collector area
Water-bearing fireplace
Possibly photovoltaic system for geothermal heat pump?
This sounds completely exaggerated to me, and I would also like to know how these different systems work together.
As a layperson, I want to light the stove in winter and possibly heat the hot water with it; if the stove is off, then the geothermal heat pump or solar system should take over.
To ensure that the geothermal heat pump does not consume too much electricity, a photovoltaic system should reduce the consumption...
Does this make sense?
Thank you very much in advance for your help...
