Garden socket which IP certification?

we want to install 2 socket columns in the garden with 3-4 sockets per column,

The socket columns will be installed outdoors without any cover in the garden and are exposed to rain, snow, frost, wind, and sun.

What IP rating should the socket columns have at least, or what would be your recommendation?

I would recommend at least IP54.

Or IP98 submarine outdoor socket.

IP 44 is common and also sufficient.

I would recommend at least IP54.

IP54 only provides additional dust protection compared to 44 (there only 1mm particle protection). I consider that dispensable in the garden.

For a one euro difference, I would always choose the better protection class. With pollen and Sahara dust, it gets quite quickly grimy in such a box.

What about IP55 there are only a few socket columns with IP55
