Garden box base plate directly on the boundary or better some distance?

Hello everyone,

I am currently a bit torn regarding the base slab of our garden house. Would you place it directly on the boundary (as shown in the plan) or would you rather keep some distance from both boundaries so that a gutter, etc., could possibly be attached to the box? Would 30 cm on each side be sufficient?

For Rinne you don't need 30 cm

Hmm not that, but the question is how long I would have to stay away or what a good middle ground is. The walls of the garden box will also not be flush with the base plate, but the paneling will also protrude a bit?!

Your "Gartenbox" will probably be a shed or garden house. Presumably, you will therefore want to take advantage of the privilege of building on the boundary and apparently have not yet used this with a garage.

However, you must either build ON the boundary or keep a proper distance. The gutter and roof overhang should still remain on your property.
