Garage experience for construction costs, maintenance, reliability

Hello,

I am considering whether to build [Hubgaragen] for the car parking spaces. There are systems where up to 2 additional parking spaces can be created. In principle, these systems are similar to duplex garages. Advantageous for tight conditions. I would like to gather some experience regarding production costs, maintenance costs, and reliability of these systems.

Manufacturing costs

Well, just call a manufacturer and have them tell you what the thing usually costs including groundwork. I would also be interested out of pure curiosity without any personal need.

Is there (a lot of) space all around to install something like this at your place? Or is it supposed to be installed inside an existing garage?

Solutions for tight spaces require a lot of room beforehand to be able to build them. Retrofitting may be very complicated in an existing structure.

: How much does such a part cost including installation?

Roughly between €25,000 and €30,000 for a double garage with 2 parking spaces. I am more interested in the ongoing costs that arise, maintenance in particular......
