Garage door opens automatically after closing when it hits the stop

I had the same with my electric garage door after a power outage. I open the door, drive out, press close, and still see in the rearview mirror how the door goes down. An hour later my neighbor calls and asks why my garage door is open... He then went in and pressed "close" on the motor, but it kept going up again after it was fully closed. I then found out that you can/must program the OT and UT if the power was off.
