Funding declined KfW + Bank

We are currently planning our financing and have contacted several banks. Although we only need a small remaining amount, 2 out of 5 banks did not want to give us a loan.

We still need 250T. 100T bank + 150 KfW

Why? They did not want to tell us a reason. Is the bank share too small?

In the past, there were surcharges on the interest under 50,000.-- for extensions. Some banks have extended this to 100,000. With you, it would be a new financing with all the paperwork and I can understand that no bank feels like that. KfW also only creates work and no profit

Is the remainder equity or are there loans that have been financed by another bank? Then, for example, the possible priority of the bank in the land register could be a reason.

Do equity plus loan plus KfW then match the planned project, and will the bank also assess it that way?

Nonsense. That is a 250k loan. KfW does not grant loans; it is a balance sheet transaction for the bank.
So the amount is 100% not the issue.
