Functioning of Wolf CWL 300 Central Ventilation

How does the Wolf CWL 300 work? We have only one ventilation duct in each room. Does the ventilation switch simultaneously between supply air and exhaust air in all rooms, or are some rooms supply air and others exhaust air?

Exhaust air in the wet rooms, supply air in the living rooms.
