Hi,

are there actually similarly good conditions at other banks as with Schwäbisch Hall, or has someone financed with them and can report on experiences?

It already sounds very good in terms of conditions, or what do you think?

Annuitätendarlehen: 0.79 % effective annual interest rate for 20 years
Our Annuitätendarlehen „FuchsBauDarlehen“ scores with attractive conditions and more flexibility – entirely to the advantage of your construction financing:

[*]Top conditions especially for financing requirements up to a maximum of 60 % of the loan-to-value ratio1.
[*]Choice of six different fixed interest periods – from five to 30 years.
[*]Flexible installment design: determine the initial rate and adjust it up to five times free of charge during the fixed interest period2.

Thank you very much for your opinions and experience reports.

Yes!

That's just a slogan from a flyer!

Just turn on a broker and make a targeted inquiry

so Schwäbisch Hall is extremely well positioned, at 60% loan-to-value = 0.79%, up to 80% loan-to-value you are still under 0.90%! BUT Schwäbisch Hall is a building society, i.e. only “conditionally” recommended for new builds. because they like to do only 3 payments (which can be split into 13!) BUT: the disbursement always comes when the stages are completed. the 1st disbursement can be made when the shell construction work is completed. that means you first have to advance payments yourself, e.g. for earthworks etc., probably also for the materials for the shell construction work (unless you do it entirely through a construction company...) so it’s best to first look at the contract which payments have to be made by when, if you can handle something like that, then you can finance well with them! and with “own contribution” if certain amounts are reached, they also have major issues! if you buy an existing property, then it is recommended.
