Usual selection during the construction phase. No sampling like with system house builders, but a pragmatic approach with special request management during construction. Although I also wonder how the legal assessment will look.

Get expert / legal advice on whether this factual statement belongs in the acceptance protocol – otherwise I share Yvonne's surprise about what you as buyers are even unofficially wandering around the construction site.

Thank you for the answers!

What do you mean by legal assessment? Could you explain this? Thanks!

The tile issue comes from the other thread after all. And my answer also refers to that. How is the property developer contract with special request management or your wishes to be regarded legally. For example - are there regulations in the contract - are there regulations in the construction code - is there case law - when MUST the property developer act (is there even a prescribed time) - who bears the costs of the property developer for transport and storage of the materials from the sellers you suggested and so on. P.S. On the internet/in forums people simply use the informal "you"

So, my mate from Australia had a similar thing when building a house. They slapped the interior plaster on before Christmas without heating the place, and tadaa – the stuff froze.
