Frostig CB 602 W refrigerator not optimal

Hello unfortunately I only saw your email today: maybe you have already bought the refrigerator by now......and I don't want to spoil your fun, but I am not so enthusiastic. I want to briefly explain it to you: I noticed with the FROSTIG CB 602 W that firstly it cools extremely strongly on level 1, but above all that it runs constantly (it switches on more or less every 20 minutes and then cools for 10 minutes) I tried several times to contact Whirlpool and finally a technician came, measured the temperature of the refrigerator and freezer compartment and deemed everything normal. He said it is an AUTOMATIC refrigerator and not a digital one, which switches on as soon as the ice on the wall has turned into drops, and that is about every 20 minutes regardless of how much is in the fridge.........He said something about 8° and -18° but I don’t remember now (temperatures that the device shows) For me it is quite annoying that the device actually switches on all the time like a clock. Honestly, I don’t know if this is the same with other devices, I would also be happy if an expert could give advice on this. The constant switching on annoys me a lot and if I had known, I would have looked for another device (maybe a smaller refrigerator)......... I would also be glad to hear another opinion, I do not fully agree with the opinion of the Whirlpool technician. Thank you for the advice and your opinion

This refrigerator is unfortunately a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!

At the lowest setting, it cools way too much!!! The back wall was frozen at the lowest setting!!!!
The refrigerator is very loud and constantly running. It turns on every 20 minutes and cools for at least 10-15 minutes. I have a loft with a combined living and sleeping area.
But with this "modern" refrigerator, sleeping is out of the question.
The technician from Wihrlpoool has already been to my place and confirmed everything.
I got a new device. I now have the new refrigerator and unfortunately had to find out that it cools just as strongly and also cools every 20 minutes for at least 15 minutes with enormous noise!!!
I am desperate and will probably have to buy a new refrigerator.... it is a nightmare.
This freezer combo CB 602 is absolutely not recommended.
Unfortunately, grade insufficient!!!!!

It is exactly as you describe: simply put, a disaster. My family and I
are now completely exasperated, also because of the small size of the kitchen. The refrigerator constantly turns on, that is the "result" of new technology. The technician came by to measure
and said everything was fine...... I don’t think so. I am considering whether to track down the Ikea
management and talk to an expert...... It will probably also be impossible to find anyone and also useless.......
