Thank you for the response. My question is above: Do you have experience with the activation of ductile piles ([Energiepfähle])? So not just the pure foundation but the additional use as an energy source (geothermal energy). It is not a deep drilling.

No, I do not. Not even in commercial construction, as it is very specialized. Technically feasible, a ring trench collector also works very well - despite being laid near the surface. But: Each pile must be correspondingly well prepared and installed. I cannot imagine that the price-performance ratio is good in the single-family house sector.

I find it difficult to imagine that a product could optimally fulfill such a dual function as load-bearing foundation and probe for energy extraction at the same time.

I googled once. There are even really large GUs that offer something like this (regardless of the type of pile foundation). But it seems unusual in the single-family house sector (probably too expensive).
