Formwork pushed out?

The formwork was (probably pushed out by the pressure of the concrete slab of the upper floor) (?)
Unfortunately, I only noticed it now.

Here you can see it once from the outside:



And here from the inside, practically on the back side of the upper picture:



Outside, after consultation, it has now been "fixed" in some way.
Sanded down? Just ground straight? I don't know.



Inside it is (still) not fixed. Is this to be considered a defect?

Call the architects' chamber responsible for you in Lübeck and take care of a professional construction supervision "yesterday". Better forego kitchen & Co.; your peaceful sleep will thank you.

Maybe I am mistaken, but somehow it looks like the protruding Styrofoam (?) elements were simply cut off with a "large knife" so that it looks "smooth" again, doesn't it?

Whether the parts with now partially reduced material thickness still fulfill their purpose 100%?

I would also have someone who knows about this take a look at it as soon as possible...
