Well, instead of an expert, I would first try to have a conversation. I’ve also had roller shutter boxes installed where none were planned or doors placed in the wrong spot. But everything was calmly resolved through discussion and then corrected or, as in the case of the roller shutter box, simply not charged for.

Attached is the plan. 6 cm insulation, 28 cm floor slab, 13 cm subfloor. If 28 cm is too much, the mistake might also be in the plan. I think I just have to ask.

At the latest now, it would be time for an independent building expert to monitor the quality for you. You can still notice 20 and 28 cm yourself, other errors in house construction you don't even get to notice. Our house building company knew about the inspection, and so did all the workers. The result was, "we have to work properly, this is being checked."

You are absolutely right. At first, I thought "what could possibly go wrong." But that is probably too naive and gullible. Unfortunately.
