Hello everyone,
I have a small problem and would like some advice. I painted the glued laminated beams of my terrace roof with wood preservative primer and white topcoat paint from Remmers. Unfortunately, the paint is now turning yellowish. I have already found out that I should have used isolating primer. Then it probably wouldn't have happened.
How can I correct this now? Is it enough to wait a few months until the glued laminated beams have "off-gassed" and then paint again with topcoat paint? Does it help to apply a layer of isolating primer on the paint beforehand, or does it only work directly on the wood?
Regards
