We found what we were looking for at the company Vossberg in Isestrasse in Hamburg. Also website and shipping. Very nice selection, not too expensive. My wife chose the curtains in curry, made of a kind of crinkled fabric. Looks really good.

Be careful at Ikea, they have very nice ones that are also very stiff, but they are often coated with paper so washing is not possible.

At Amazon, I bought solid colorful ones for the children's room, they were very good for 12 euros in a double pack but of course not stiff.

Hello, for the curtains we do it similarly to the floor coverings… as little/no changes as possible.. We chose a delicate, semi-transparent curtain from Hammer for all rooms. The fabric texture is somewhat like linen, but it is polyester. I sewed them myself. For one sheer curtain I needed 1.50 meters of fabric each. Added to that were the pleating tape and a few weights.

2.95 m high for the terrace windows (per meter €26)
1.75 m high for the regular windows (per meter €16)

Best regards, Steffi
