Hello everyone,
we purchased a new-build condominium from the developer, which is now nearing completion.
We visited the apartment and simultaneously reviewed the construction description.
The construction description states: "floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedroom and children's room" as well as regarding window sills: "no window sills with floor-to-ceiling windows."
You can see the window of one of these rooms in the attachment. As you can see, the windows do not go directly to the floor but have a step in between,
on which there is now a window sill (photo is somewhat older, so no window sill is yet mounted on the base).
For us, this contradiction is not quite resolvable. Is there a definition of floor-to-ceiling window? So, according to the construction description, are these windows floor-to-ceiling or not?
