PS: get a painter to help you. You keep working and do the things/rooms that are not so critical. Otherwise, it goes depressingly slow. Every day I am amazed again at how fast he is compared to me! And financially it’s also manageable if the professional can focus on the essential ;)

Plastering and painting work is done by a painter. I and building is comparable to Germany and vaccination speed. So it doesn't really fit...
