Floor plan of a duplex with apartments

I would like to ask for your opinion on our planned project. We can change certain things since we are almost entirely building it ourselves... What do you think of the plans? What might we have overlooked? Thank you very much for your feedback in advance!

Thank you for the hint, but I am interested in the opinion on the floor plan in general. I do not want to provide any further information. The attachments are detailed enough for that. South is at the top of the plan.

General floor plans are not meaningfully debatable. The only thing that can be stated is that there is no storage space. What criteria the orientations were planned according to is up in the air. Why you go to a forum if you do not want to provide further information is also mentioned up there, isn’t it?

What can one say? It seems someone has a preference for wet rooms and narrow passages around wood-burning stoves
