thank you for your detailed answer. :) Since I actually only wanted to find out an approximate price for the extension/bay window at the front, I deliberately did not specify the costs concretely. The 280,000 does not include the complete finishing of the basement, but rather something like you suggested. Basically a "preparation" for later. Since there are currently no children yet, we have enough space upstairs for now.
Does anyone have any comments on the floor plan aside from the cost issue? Good? Bad? What could be optimized?
