Do you notice any other major issues, or are the ideas sufficient for a prefabricated house consultant for the planning?

Almost anything is sufficient for it. Whether the planning turns out well because of it is another matter. The floor plan is just very open, which one has to like. For example, we have a door to separate the public area (office, hallway) from the living area with otherwise similar layout.

Take a look at Fertighaus Weiss Musterhaus Ulm. It’s in your direction.

There are no dimensions on the plan, but if I compare the staircase with the room areas, it is too short.
