Our architectural plans are quite scribbled, so here is the finalized drawing. We hope that with this change (which was sent to the architect yesterday) we are now finished with the preliminary design and can proceed with the approval planning. Oh, by the way, south & street are both at the bottom. The plot is approximately 20m wide and 36m long. On the south side, we have 10m of garden (we are not allowed to go further back) and on the north side 16m – but on the west side only 3m to the neighbor's garage. We are building without a basement but with an attic additionally developed with 2 rooms, 1 shower bathroom, and storage.
