I just see that the size of the wardrobe is deceptive. It is 2 meters wide and 4 meters long. It is enough if you place a wardrobe on one side - with 4 meters

I find the whole thing a bit large. Nevertheless, you managed to plan narrow spaces.

I would sketch a bit larger. 1m = 2 squares or even 4 squares. Always enter exact measurements. 5 seats at a 2.5 m table is tight and I would only plan that in an emergency. Depending on the chair and table leg, you might not even manage that.
Think about what you want. You have a large wardrobe, do you really need it? If you collect shoes and bags, then of course yes.
Never plan only one floor.
A house plan is a puzzle.
Be sure to look at model houses. Make the scale your best friend.
Are you building with an elevator? Do you need the house to be barrier-free?

I would build smaller and leave out the holiday apartment.

why don't you just build the Regnauer "Alois" house right away? ;)
