Better calculate with 350-400€ per m3. If the budget still fits, you are on the right track with the floor plan planning.

JPGs would be better, and even if you don’t upload the execution plans, you should add a few dimensions and a north arrow to your redrawings, if necessary hand-labeled and then scanned again. So that one can get a feel for the rooms.

Basically, however, the layout seems quite good. Personally, I don’t like these galleries, noises going upstairs and somehow an auditorium functionality above the dining table (hanging lamp?) etc.
I also consider the balcony at the parents' bedroom unnecessary and also a cost driver.

*sarcasm on* well, that can be fixed with a huge chandelier :P *sarcasm off* but I also don't like these galleries ;)

Thanks already for the assessments! :)
I will take the persistent concerns about the construction costs as an opportunity to reconsider the planning with my architect.

I am now uploading the files as jpegs (with north arrows).
Unfortunately, I can no longer edit the original post (or rather, I can no longer find the option).

Best regards
Seb

I don't quite understand how the staircase at the top is supposed to work? You end up in the airspace after all...
