yes, that's true, but since the property came from the Bien-Zenker seller and we were unfortunately under time pressure, and other interested parties were already lining up, the financing had to be arranged quickly.

The 148 has several variants, and I haven't found any that seemed very similar to me. The more you vary a catalog draft, the more the advantage of using a catalog draft as a basis fades away.
