Floor plan: classic single-family house approx. 180m² on 1800m² plot

I am just wondering why someone would make such a draft when 1 full attic floor is allowed?

Beauty is, as is well known, in the eye of the beholder. At least one of my eyes hurts.

Of course, I hadn’t considered that before, but it makes a lot of sense. I will discuss it!

At the risk of repeating myself: I can hardly explain your naïveté when you only built eight years ago – by then, both construction experience and single-family home living practice should be present. This planning naïveté would only be explainable for tenants of apartments.
