Floor plan and room concept family maisonette apartment: Where does what go?

Why? How do you get into the attic? The drawing is not very informative there.

No stairs to the attic are drawn there.. you can ask about that, Silke.

But it says stairwell. And in post 3: "Both floors are accessible from the stairwell, which we will, however, separate before the 2nd upper floor." I find that pretty clear.

I would not do laundry in the kitchen. I only know that from single apartments or apartments with laundry rooms where you are not sure if you will get cholera or if clothing articles go missing. There is space, and a small room with a washing machine/dryer, cleaning supplies cabinet, and storage should be planned.

I am concerned about the mentioned attic, which I call the loft. Because the second level visible here apparently is not under the roof.
