Floor plan 120 sqm bungalow single-family house

There are always sensible options - but this has to be seen based on the site plan and budget. Please read the pinned post in this topic forum and answer the questions so that we can help you. I only see disadvantages and no-gos in this room plan... I can't even guess the cardinal directions...

Of course, 120 sqm including the utility room for 4 people is not very generous either. The floor plans mentioned by Wild Thing have 136 and 160 sqm respectively. That is already quite a bit more. However, they illustrate the principle of separating sleeping/living areas.
