Hello,
a garage with a basement is currently being built next to our residential building (not directly adjoining).
The basement will be constructed with full thermal insulation (ceiling initially not insulated).
Basement and garage concrete...
We do not intend to heat the basement, possibly only in winter when temperatures drop below 5 degrees with a heater and thermostat.
Now my question(s):
What kind of floor structure would you recommend?
Thanks in advance,

[*]For the garage floor, I was thinking somehow insulating it (so that the basement is insulated from above as well, or is it better to insulate the basement ceiling?) and then putting a covering on it...
I just have no idea what kind of insulation, screed or other material, tiles maybe last (possibly).
It would be great if someone could give me tips on how to do the construction and which materials to use...
[*]The same applies to the floor in the basement, which doesn't need to be anything special... should screed be installed (possibly dry screed boards?) or can tiles be laid directly on the concrete,... or laminate directly on the concrete floor?
Thanks in advance,
